About the service
HVACServiceBirmingham.com is a referral and advertising website that helps homeowners connect with providers of residential heating and cooling services. It is not an HVAC contractor and does not perform, supervise or inspect any work.
Independent providers
All contractors and providers are independent businesses, not employees, agents or partners of the site. Any agreement for work, including price, scope, schedule, permits and any warranty on the work, is solely between you and the provider.
No warranty of work
HVACServiceBirmingham.com does not warrant or guarantee any work performed by any provider. Questions or disputes about work should be taken up with the provider who did it.
Verifying providers
You are responsible for verifying that any contractor you hire holds the license and insurance the work requires. HVAC contractors in Alabama are licensed through the Alabama Board of Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractors.
Availability
Same-day and 24/7 emergency services are subject to provider participation, location, technician availability, and demand. Availability is not guaranteed and may vary by market and appointment capacity.
Residential use
The service is intended for homeowners and residential properties.
Calls
Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and verification. By calling, you consent to this and to being connected with a provider about your request. The number takes voice calls about new service requests only.
Informational content
Guides on this site are general information, not professional advice for your situation. HVAC equipment involves electricity, gas and refrigerant, so do not attempt work you are not qualified to do. If you smell gas, leave the home and call the gas utility or 911.

All persons depicted in a photo or video are actors or models and not contractors listed on HVACServiceBirmingham.com.
